We hope you received our letter about this year’s Baccalaureate Service on Saturday, May 25 at 7:30 PM. We need you to RSVP by noon on Thursday, May 16 or we will start calling those we have not heard from to make sure you have received the information and you know about the service. Thanks for your help by replying to us by Thursday jtanck(at)knoxpres.org.
We are asking you to do two things:
1). If you would like to participate in the Baccalaureate service and reception please RSVP by May 15 to Joan Tanck at the church office by calling 630-615-4309 or e-mail at jtanck(at)knoxpres.org.
2) If you would like to include a senior biography please send bios & pictures to Joan before May 15. You can send these via e-mail, drop them off in Joan’s mailbox at Knox, or give them to any staff member in the office. If you cannot e-mail us your bio, please save it on a thumb drive and drop it off at Knox. We need digital copies of your bio.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call or email me. Thanks!
Rev. Robert Thomas Quiring
Mike has been going to Knox since he was just a baby in the nursery. He’s attended Sunday School, VBS, Confirmation, Wednesday night Bible study and been on several Go and Serves. Knox has always been a special part of his life. At Waubonsie Valley High School he’s been active in football all 4 years and is a major soccer and baseball fan. He loves to fish (especially in Lake of the Ozarks) and hunt and lately to go off-roading in his big blue pick-up. Michael has always lived life on the edge whether he’s playing baseball, football or just hanging out with friends. In the fall he is looking forward to attending St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa where he has received both academic and football scholarships and will major in nursing.
